In the famous words of Charles Schulz, “All I really need is love, but a little chocolate now and then doesn’t hurt!”

And neither does caramel!!

A few weeks ago, I met up with Kim Burton, owner and confection-extraordinaire of Three B’s Confectionary in Newport Beach.  She had asked if I would photograph a few of her specialty handmade caramels, which are dusted with a variety of exotic sea salts.  How could I possibly turn down this photo shoot?  She had me at caramels for goodness sake!  It was practically a win-win for the both of us.
